「人的焦慮、憂慮不安狀態為一種常態，但此種常態卻在社會結構當中被陌異化，當代社會中更是加深了人的寂寞感。」
作品欲呈現現代人對社會的掙扎與疏離，一方面渴求與社會、世界隔絕連結，另一方面卻又渴望有個人能夠將自己找回。特別在快速、緊繃的城市當中，或許每個人心中都曾經感到不適或者欲言又止的地方，但大多數人們選擇將此狀態隱藏起來，試圖抹去這樣一個寂寞脆弱的自己，但這個「我」卻無法徹底消失，還可能被他人找到、被自己面對，若當我們不小心找到了那個赤裸的自己以後，又該以什麼樣的心情面對「他」呢？
演出引用作家袁哲生的文本〈寂寞的遊戲〉，任何一個人在生命中的一瞬或一段時間中，都渴望躲藏起來、渴求被理解，但這件事情本身十分艱困，也許作為一個個體，終究只能在不同的生命狀態中尋求平衡。
"Unease and anxiety are common human emotions. But in our social structures, these feelings are frequently alienated. In today's society, it has further deepened people's sense of loneliness."
In the performance, the text "The Lonely Game" by writer Yuan Zhesheng was quoted. The dance reflects how people in today's world struggle and feel cut off from society. People want to be isolated from society and the world around them, but they also want someone who truly understands them. Maybe everyone has had uncomfortable or inexpressible feelings at some point in their lives, especially in tense, stressful cities. However, most people choose to repress these feelings in an attempt to hide their weak and lonely side.

臺灣桃園人，畢業於國立臺北藝術大學舞蹈研究所。作品中常探討人與人之間的關係或是社會關注議題的脈動。近期更與新媒體藝術、電影、聲響、戲劇等不同領域創作者合作，期盼探索藝術創作的可能性。曾於美國舞蹈節、臺北藝穗節、關渡藝術節、三十沙龍、漂鳥舞蹈平臺等發表個人作品。2022年獲選種子舞團駐村藝術家，創作並發表作品《流放地》於907劇場空間。更於2024年獲選文化部出國交流計畫，至美國舞蹈節駐村，創作並發表作品《Others》。
Tseng Ching En is a dance artist based in Taoyuan, Taiwan. She is currently active in the dance industry by choreographing performing arts and teaching. Tseng graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts Institute of Dance Choreography. In recent years, she has devoted herself to interdisciplinary creation, such as dance video, drama, music and new media art. Her works were presented at several festivals and venues, such as the American Dance Festival, Taipei Fringe Festival, Kuandu Arts Festival, Hualien Performing Public Space Festival, National Taichung Theater, and Taipei Performing Arts Center. In 2020, Tseng was awarded a creative project grant from the National Culture and Arts Foundation, the S-An Foundation Creative Arts Sponsorship, and won a silver medal in the Taiwan Creative Dance Competition. Tseng also got chosen as the artist-in-residence of the Seed Dance Company in the year of 2022. Tseng Ching En’s participation in 2024 ADF’s International Choreographers Residency Program is supported by the Taiwan Academy of TECRO/Ministry of Culture in Taiwan. The co-artists and teams included Kate Weare, Jillian Peña, Leigh Warren, Francesco D'Astici, Jenn Lee, Sunny Yang, Ear East Ensemble, Taipei Capital Ballet, SunShier Dance Theatre, Seed Dance Company, and The Double Theatre.
