Studio Pro Arte, located in Merzhausen, Germany, is a prominent dance and cultural center in the Freiburg region, offering a diverse range of courses in modern and urban dance, theater, yoga, acrobatics, and parkour, attracting participants of all ages. This lecture features a special guest, Chantal Kohlmeyer, Artistic Director of Studio Pro Arte and Frei Art Festival, who will share with us how community-based venues can survive and thrive in the cultural ecosystem, how to integrate resources, connect with local communities, and strike a balance between art and community. How can venues break through limitations and continue to create impact? Let's explore the key strategies and practical experiences together.
